About HeyDenta

Every dental clinic loses patients the same quiet way: a message arrives after hours or while the front desk is busy, no one replies in time, and the patient books elsewhere. HeyDenta was built to close that gap. Each clinic gets its own AI assistant, trained on its real services, prices, hours and policies, so patients get accurate answers in seconds — in English, Tagalog or Taglish — and routine bookings, reminders, records and payments are handled in one place.

The product pairs a conversational AI receptionist with a lightweight clinic management dashboard: a calendar with conflict-aware scheduling, patient records and treatment plans, a payment and collections log, and an automatic weekly report. Anything clinical or unusual is routed to the clinic's team, and new patients are confirmed by a human — the AI does the busywork, people keep the judgement calls.

The story

HeyDenta started in the Philippines, where dental clinics field most of their enquiries over Facebook and chat, often after hours and often in Taglish. The founding team set out to give a small clinic the same always-on, instant front desk that a large one can afford to staff — without hiring more people. Web chat went live first, with one pilot clinic, RSR Dental Clinic, as the first to run on it. HeyDenta is now onboarding a first wave of clinics, each set up personally, and is built for dental clinics worldwide.
